BREAKING NEWS: 2026 PAID FAMILY LEAVE (PFL) RATE IS ANNOUNCED!

The NYS Department of Financial Services has announced an 11.31% increase to the PFL employee contribution rate for 2026.

The rate will increase from the current .00388 to .00432, resulting in a new annual maximum exployee contribution of $411.91
